Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders ship from the United States. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for U.S. orders and approximately 2–7 business days for international orders, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Archive items ship separately from our Malaysia warehouse. Orders shipping outside of Malaysia are subject to a $20 handling and shipping fee.

Customs duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind are not accepted.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@jynwaye.store within 7 days of delivery.
